rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ersten Teil<\/a> habe ich die Grund\u00adidee f\u00fcr die\u00adses Refle\u00adxi\u00adons\u00adfak\u00adtor-Me\u00df\u00adge\u00adr\u00e4t beschrie\u00adben und den Schalt\u00adplan f\u00fcr ein Expe\u00adri\u00admen\u00adtal\u00adboard vor\u00adge\u00adstellt. In die\u00adsem zwei\u00adten Teil beschrei\u00adbe ich den prak\u00adti\u00adschen Auf\u00adbau der Lei\u00adter\u00adplat\u00adte und die Ergeb\u00adnis\u00adse der Mes\u00adsun\u00adgen. Die Mes\u00adsun\u00adgen wur\u00adden noch ohne Anten\u00adnen\u00adkopp\u00adler durch\u00adge\u00adf\u00fchrt. Als Signal\u00adquel\u00adle dient ein Sig\u00adlent SDG6022X-Funk\u00adti\u00adons\u00adge\u00adne\u00adra\u00adtor, als Me\u00df\u00adin\u00adstru\u00adment ein Rigol HDO4404 (das inzwi\u00adschen mit offen\u00adsicht\u00adlich glei\u00adchem Funk\u00adti\u00adons\u00adum\u00adfang als Rigol DHO4404 ver\u00adkauft wird). Auch das Micro\u00adcon\u00adtrol\u00adler\u00adboard hat noch kei\u00adne Funk\u00adti\u00adon, au\u00dfer da\u00df es nach dem Ein\u00adschal\u00adten die log\u00adarith\u00admi\u00adschen Ver\u00adst\u00e4r\u00adker und die Kom\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adto\u00adren enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"foto_des_poc-boards\"><\/span>Foto des POC-Boards<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die\u00adses erste Test\u00adboard ist noch kein Pro\u00adto\u00adtyp f\u00fcr einen Anten\u00adnen\u00adtu\u00adner, son\u00addern ein ein\u00adfa\u00adches Expe\u00adri\u00admen\u00adtal\u00adboard, um zu pr\u00fc\u00adfen, ob die Idee \u00fcber\u00adhaupt funk\u00adtio\u00adniert. Das ist in der gel\u00adben Kur\u00adve ber\u00fcck\u00adsich\u00adtigt. Der Ver\u00adlauf von LOGUF stimmt sehr gut mit dem Daten\u00adblatt \u00fcber\u00adein, w\u00e4h\u00adrend LOGUR einen um etwa 100&nbsp;mV (=4&nbsp;dB) zu nied\u00adri\u00adgen Wert anzeigt. Unter\u00adhalb von etwa \u201150 dBm fla\u00adchen bei\u00adde Kur\u00adven ab und ihre Me\u00df\u00adwer\u00adte sind nicht mehr direkt verwendbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe auch die Fre\u00adquenz\u00adab\u00adh\u00e4n\u00adgig\u00adkeit von LOGUF und LOGUR exem\u00adpla\u00adrisch bei 0 dBm unter\u00adsucht. Von 1&nbsp;MHz bis 100&nbsp;MHz \u00e4ndert sich LOGUF zwi\u00adschen 1,98 und 1,84&nbsp;V und LOGUR zwi\u00adschen 1,88 und 1,77&nbsp;V. Bei 0\u00b0 und 180\u00b0 Pha\u00adsen\u00adver\u00adschie\u00adbung kommt es zu Unsi\u00adcher\u00adhei\u00adten bei der Rich\u00adtungs\u00ader\u00adken\u00adnung, gege\u00adbe\u00adnen\u00adfalls auch zu Meta\u00adsta\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adt\u00e4\u00adten, weil CLKUR nicht nach den Regeln der Kunst ein\u00adsyn\u00adchro\u00adni\u00adsiert wur\u00adde. Gleich\u00adzei\u00adtig wird der Schalt\u00adzeit\u00adpunkt der nega\u00adti\u00adven Flan\u00adke unpr\u00e4\u00adzi\u00adser und beginnt zu \u201eflat\u00adtern\u201c. Bei \u201140 dBm ist das Signal prak\u00adtisch nicht mehr ver\u00adwert\u00adbar und bei \u201145 dBm ist es nicht mehr vorhanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">20&nbsp;dB Unter\u00adschied zwi\u00adschen UF und UR ent\u00adspre\u00adchen einem SWR von 1,22. Nach der gro\u00adben Absch\u00e4t\u00adzung im ersten Teil die\u00adses Bei\u00adtrags rei\u00adchen die\u00adse 20&nbsp;dB Unter\u00adschied f\u00fcr eine Genau\u00adig\u00adkeit der Pha\u00adsen\u00admes\u00adsung von 10\u00b0. Das scheint plau\u00adsi\u00adbel und deckt sich unge\u00adf\u00e4hr mit der in der \u201120dBm-Mes\u00adsung beob\u00adach\u00adte\u00adten Phasenverschiebung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Voll\u00adst\u00e4n\u00addig\u00adkeit hal\u00adber kom\u00admen hier noch zwei Mes\u00adsun\u00adgen mit 10 Sekun\u00adden Nachleuchtdauer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"stromaufnahme-2\"><\/span>Strom\u00adauf\u00adnah\u00adme<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Strom\u00adauf\u00adnah\u00adme von 100&nbsp;mA ist mir zu hoch. Davon gehen etwa 25&nbsp;mA auf das Kon\u00adto der log\u00adarith\u00admi\u00adschen Ver\u00adst\u00e4r\u00adker und der Kom\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adto\u00adren, wei\u00adte\u00adre 10 oder 15&nbsp;mA wer\u00adden vom CPU-Board und den LEDs ver\u00adbraucht. All das kann bei Nicht\u00adge\u00adbrauch deut\u00adlich redu\u00adziert wer\u00adden. Der wesent\u00adli\u00adche Strom\u00adver\u00adbrauch geht auf das Kon\u00adto des CPLDs, das bereits f\u00fcrs Nichts\u00adtun 60&nbsp;mA zieht. Das soll\u00adte sich im Low-Power Modus auf die H\u00e4lf\u00adte redu\u00adzie\u00adren las\u00adsen, was aber dann als Dau\u00ader\u00adbe\u00adtrieb immer noch viel ist. Schon im ersten Teil hat\u00adte ich ange\u00addeu\u00adtet, die Aus\u00adwahl des CPLDs noch\u00admal zu \u00fcberdenken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"eingangsimpedanz-2\"><\/span>Ein\u00adgangs\u00adim\u00adpe\u00addanz<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Ein\u00adgangs\u00adim\u00adpe\u00addanz liegt etwas \u00fcber 50&nbsp;\u03a9 und wird bei h\u00f6he\u00adren Fre\u00adquen\u00adzen kapa\u00adzi\u00adtiv. Daher soll\u00adten die Ein\u00adgangs\u00adwi\u00adder\u00adst\u00e4n\u00adde R40 und R41 etwas ver\u00adrin\u00adgert wer\u00adden, etwa auf 53&nbsp;\u03a9. Au\u00dfer\u00addem soll\u00adte man beden\u00adken, da\u00df an die\u00adsen Wider\u00adst\u00e4n\u00adden eine etwas h\u00f6he\u00adre Lei\u00adstung ver\u00adbra\u00adten wer\u00adden k\u00f6nn\u00adte. Wenn man f\u00fcr den Richt\u00adkopp\u00adler 30&nbsp;dB Kop\u00adpel\u00add\u00e4mp\u00adfung annimmt und die hier\u00adzu\u00adlan\u00adde zul\u00e4s\u00adsi\u00adge Sen\u00adde\u00adlei\u00adstung von 750 Watt ansetzt, w\u00e4re man mit 1&nbsp;W auf der siche\u00adren Sei\u00adte. Daher bie\u00adtet es sich an, drei 160-\u03a9-Wider\u00adst\u00e4n\u00adde par\u00adal\u00adlel zu schal\u00adten. Das w\u00e4re bei der 0805-er Bau\u00adgr\u00f6\u00ad\u00dfe gera\u00adde f\u00fcr 990 Watt Dau\u00ader\u00adbe\u00adtrieb aus\u00adrei\u00adchend (Spec beach\u00adten, nicht alle ver\u00adtra\u00adgen 330&nbsp;mW).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"amplitudenmessung\"><\/span>Ampli\u00adtu\u00adden\u00admes\u00adsung<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die log\u00adarith\u00admi\u00adschen Ver\u00adst\u00e4r\u00adker funk\u00adtio\u00adnie\u00adren im wesent\u00adli\u00adchen wie spe\u00adzi\u00adfi\u00adziert, aller\u00addings zeigt LOGUR etwa 4 dBm zu wenig an, was etwa 1 dBm mehr ist, als das Daten\u00adblatt zul\u00e4sst. Das l\u00e4sst sich \u00fcber einen Trim\u00admer am INT-Ein\u00adgang kor\u00adri\u00adgie\u00adren, aller\u00addings nur bis +\/-3dB. Ver\u00admut\u00adlich ist eine Unsau\u00adber\u00adkeit im Test\u00adboard f\u00fcr den Feh\u00adler ver\u00adant\u00adwort\u00adlich. Dem wer\u00adde ich jetzt nicht nach\u00adge\u00adhen. Ich wer\u00adde eine Kor\u00adrek\u00adtur in der Soft\u00adware f\u00fcr sol\u00adche gerin\u00adgen Abwei\u00adchun\u00adgen vorsehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"phasendifferenzmessung\"><\/span>Pha\u00adsen\u00addif\u00adfe\u00adrenz\u00admes\u00adsung<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Mes\u00adsung der Pha\u00adsen\u00addif\u00adfe\u00adrenz funk\u00adtio\u00adniert wie erwar\u00adtet. Das Signal UR_LD wird aller\u00addings mit der CLKUF getak\u00adtet und ist damit f\u00fcr die Port\u00adpins eines Micro\u00adcon\u00adtrol\u00adlers zu schnell. Ich erwar\u00adte in der Pra\u00adxis kei\u00adne Pro\u00adble\u00adme, weil es ja nur in der N\u00e4he der Umschalt\u00adpunk\u00adte flat\u00adtert, aber es ist unsch\u00f6n. Ich erw\u00e4\u00adge, bei einem Rede\u00adsign zwei Tief\u00adp\u00e4s\u00adse vor\u00adzu\u00adse\u00adhen, einen f\u00fcr posi\u00adti\u00adve und den ande\u00adren f\u00fcr nega\u00adti\u00adve Pha\u00adsen\u00adver\u00adschie\u00adbun\u00adgen. Dann wer\u00adden zwei Ana\u00adlog\u00adein\u00adg\u00e4n\u00adge ben\u00f6\u00adtigt und \u00fcber einen Pegel\u00adver\u00adgleich erkennt man die Rich\u00adtung der Phasenverschiebung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ausgangsspannung_des_cplds\"><\/span>Aus\u00adgangs\u00adspan\u00adnung des&nbsp;CPLDs<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beim genau\u00aden betrach\u00adten des Oszil\u00adlo\u00adgram\u00adme f\u00e4llt auf, da\u00df das CPLD an sei\u00adnen Aus\u00adg\u00e4n\u00adgen besten\u00adfalls 4&nbsp;V erreicht, statt der erwar\u00adte\u00adten 5&nbsp;V, mit denen es betrie\u00adben wird.
